Dong Nai well-prepared for Provincial Party Congress

On September 16, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairwoman of the Dong Nai People’s Council Ton Ngoc Hanh chaired a meeting with relevant agencies and units to review preparations for the 1st Provincial Party Congress, 2025–2030 tenure.

According to leaders of the Provincial Party Committee’s Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, Organization Commission, Office, Inspection Commission, and the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism (DoCST), the 9th draft of the Political report, the self-review report of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, and other draft documents including resolutions and action program to implement the Congress resolution have been completed, based on the Politburo’s guidance and feedback from central agencies.

In addition, presentations and thematic reports from departments, sectors, communes, and wards have been compiled and reviewed to serve the Congress. A list of units and the scenario for presenting speeches at the Congress have also been proposed. The draft consolidated report on feedback for the Political report to be presented at the 1st Provincial Party Congress, 2025–2030 tenure, has been prepared, along with the draft consolidated report on feedback for draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress, as well as draft speeches for the provincial Congress.

Moreover, the Provincial Standing Party Committee has been advised to approve the Congress budget, arrange the venue, prepare security plans, and organize cultural and sports activities to celebrate the event.

Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio, Television have launched a peak propaganda campaign highlighting the 1st Provincial Party Congress across four platforms: print newspaper, radio, television, and electronic newspaper. After the Congress, continued propaganda coverage will focus on bringing the resolution into daily life.

From now until the day of the Congress, agencies and units will finalize the Political report, the self-review report, draft resolutions, and the action program to implement the Congress resolution for submission to standing members of the Provincial Party Committee, the provincial Standing Party Committee, and the Provincial Party Executive Committee for feedback before the Congress takes place. Preparations for all supporting activities will also be completed during this period.

Concluding the meeting, comrade Ton Ngoc Hanh requested agencies and units to focus all efforts on quickly completing preparations for the Congress. She suggested that the printing of congress materials should be concise, with the possible use of information technology and artificial intelligence (AI) at the congress to provide documents, ensuring high quality.

The documentary presented at the congress should be brief, concise, and of high quality. Agencies, units, and subcommittees serving the Congress should closely follow the provincial Party Committee’s plans and their assigned tasks to ensure seamless coordination and successful organization of the Congress.
