Nearly 3,500 voluntary blood units collected in July 2026

On July 31, in Tam Hiep Ward, the Dong Nai City Red Cross Society coordinated with the Cho Ray Blood Transfusion Center (Ho Chi Minh City) and MobiFone Dong Nai to organize a voluntary blood donation drive.

Through this drive, 216 employees from MobiFone Dong Nai, the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Dong Nai City Literature and Arts Association, and various local banks participated in voluntary blood donation.

In addition to collecting donated blood, the City Red Cross Society raised public awareness among employees about the purpose and significance of voluntary blood donation, as well as organ, tissue, and body donation programs for medical research.

Across 15 voluntary blood donation sessions conducted throughout July 2026, the Dong Nai City Red Cross Society, in coordination with the Cho Ray Blood Transfusion Center and partner organizations, collected nearly 3,500 voluntary blood units.
