(ĐN)- Dong Nai recorded an additional 799 COVID-19 infections, including 10 detected in the community, in the past 24 hours to 7am on September 28, according to the Deparment of Health.
Bien Hoa city reported the highest number of infections with 347 cases, followed by Nhon Trach district (172), Trang Bom (149), Vinh Cuu (63), Long Thanh (13) and Thong Nhat district (11).
The province has to date logged 47,125 COVID-19 cases.
A total of 647 patients were given the all-clear on September 28, raising the number of recoveries to 25,179.
Five deaths related to the pandemic were announced on the day, raising the tally to 437.
