(ĐN) – A blood donation day was held at Dong Nai General Hospital and Thong Nhat General Hospital on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the “All-people blood donation day” (April 7).
Accordingly, Dong Nai Hospital collected 80 blood units and Thong Nhat Hospital received 40 units of blood.
Most of donors are the hospitals’ doctors, nurses and employees.
At the blood donation venue, antiseptic solution was provided for donors. Along with normal procedures, donors got body temperature measurement, washed their hands with sanitizers, wore face masks, made health declaration and practiced physical distancing of 2 metres from others
