Earlier, on December 30, Tong Van Che, residing in Vinh Tan commune, Vinh Cuu district, was hospitalized in critical condition.
He was semi-conscious, bleeding, had no pulse, very low blood pressure and pale skin which could threaten to his life.
Che was crushed by a concrete mixer, resulting in severe trauma to his chest and cardioclasis.
CT scan results showed that the patient suffered from cardioclasis and his pericardium was torn, sternum was broken and lungs were stamped.
Doctors, therefore, decided to give him an emergency operation.
The patient’s health condition is currently improved.
