Deputy Director Tran Minh Hoa of Dong Nai Preventive Medicine Centre reported the figure at a meeting to review the implementation of free measles-rubella vaccination campaign held on November 12.
No serious adverse reactions had been reported. The only reactions had been a slight fever or pain at the site of the shot.
At the meeting, Deputy Director Le Quang Trung of Dong Nai Department of Health hailed the preparations made by localities for the campaign, with smooth coordination between the health care and education sectors under the close instruction of local governments.
