Earlier, the kid named Nguyen Chi Cong, living in Cam My district, was brought to the hospital after he had been severe injured by the 25-cm iron bar in his neck.
Cong was dizzy and had lost a lot of blood. The bar had penetrated into his carotid, which can threaten to his life.
Doctors diagnosed his health condition and gave him an emergency operation. They successfully removed the bar from the patient’s neck and reconnect his carotid.
