Deputy PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc has approved a project that looks to secure finance for HIV/AIDS prevention and control activities in 2013-2020.
Accordingly, State budget-sourced investment will be increased for crucial activities to guarantee the stability of HIV/AIDS prevention and control programs.
In addition, it is essential to diversify international aid, attract new donors and partners through bilateral multilateral cooperation mechanisms, especially between ASEAN nations and other countries in the Asia-Pacific region.
The project will aim to establish and issue mechanisms, policies on the role and responsibilities of provinces in making plans and distributing budgets for HIV/AIDS prevention and control.
