Reviewing communication work for Dong Nai Party Congress, 2025–2030 term

On September 16, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Dong Nai provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Committee Huynh Thi Hang chaired a working session with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism (DoCST) and relevant agencies on communication work for the first Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress, tenure 2025–2030.

Reporting at the session, representatives of the DoCST said that key tasks are being implemented to serve the Congress. The department has outlined in detail communication activities, decorations, and the organization of cultural and artistic activities to create an enthusiastic atmosphere ahead of the Congress.

The highlight will be a 20m x 10m exhibition space at the main hall, featuring booths of provincial departments and agencies. It is expected to welcome 10,000 visitors, equipped with 4.0 technology screens and a 100% scientifically arranged display of books, newspapers, and images. In addition, an art performance to celebrate the success of the Congress is scheduled for September 30.

At the working session, many delegates contributed ideas to finalize details and items related to hall decorations, landscape arrangements, discussion areas, exhibitions, and cultural programs. Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Editor-in-Chief of DNNRTV Nguyen Thi Minh Nham also reported on communication activities, performances, and broadcast programs before, during, and after the Congress.

Delivering her directive speech at the session, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Dong Nai Fatherland Front Committee Huynh Thi Hang requested the DoCST to strictly follow the directions of the Steering Committee on decorations, and to coordinate with relevant units to finalize plans and items. She emphasized the need for arranging slogans, additional stage decorations, photography, flowers, and ceremonial tasks. Regarding cultural performances, she requested attractive choreography, appropriate timing, and well-prepared scripts which must be submitted in advance to the Provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Propaganda and Mass Mobilization for review and feedback. As for communication work on DNNRTV, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Huynh Thi Hang highly appreciated the agency’s efforts before, during, and after the Congress.
