In the third quarter, with high determination, solidarity and close coordination, the Party commissions, the Provincial Party Committee Office, Dong Nai School of Politics, and DNNRTV gradually stabilized their organizations following the recent merger, and basically fulfilled their assigned tasks with excellence.

Notably, these agencies advised the Provincial Standing Party Committee and the Provincial Party Executive Committee to monitor and inspect grassroots operations in communes and wards after restructuring the two-tier political system, in line with direction from central authorities. They also consolidated personnel for commune- and ward-level Party Committees; promptly resolved benefits and policies for officials under the Provincial Standing Party Committee’s direct management who terminated employment or retired early as prescribed; reviewed documents and attended Congresses of subordinate Party organizations  for the 2025–2030 term.

At the same time, preparations were made for working sessions with Central working delegations, for the mid-2025 meeting of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, and for drafting documents of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, 2025–2030 tenure, ensuring progress.

Concluding the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ton Ngoc Hanh acknowledged and highly valued the efforts of the Party commissions, the Provincial Party Committee Office, Dong Nai School of Politics, and DNNRTV in the past quarter.

She requested that in the fourth quarter, all units thoroughly review their work plans and pending tasks assigned by the standing members of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Standing Party Committee, ensuring timely completion with effectiveness.

Focus should be placed on reviewing content for smooth coordination and meticulous preparations to successfully organize the 1st Provincial Party Congress, 2025–2030 tenure. Efforts should also be made to intensify communication about Party Congresses at all levels, the 1st Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress, and the 14th National Party Congress, along with organizing projects and undertakings to celebrate the provincial congress.

Agencies must continue reviewing the Central and provincial directives to advise the Standing members of the Provincial Party Committee on issuing new, consistent, and practical instructions in line with regulations. Regular guidance should be provided on Party building, propaganda and mass mobilization, internal affairs, and office work for commune- and ward-level officials and civil servants following the merger, contributing to the effective implementation of political tasks at the grassroots level.

It is also necessary to maintain close coordination among advisory agencies of the Provincial Party Committee to ensure uninterrupted information updates, proactive solving arising problems before submission to the Provincial Standing Party Committee for guidance, and avoiding overlap or disruption in common tasks. Vacant positions in each agency should be promptly filled to ensure efficiency. Training courses on Party building should be organized for grassroots cadres, with emphasis placed on handling practical cases. Coordination among Party advisory agencies should be strengthened to fulfill assigned tasks, while quickly consolidating vacant leadership positions in each agency.

Priority should be given to advising on the development of new members of the provincial Party organization in 2025 to meet and exceed assigned targets, as well as establishing Party organizations in private and foreign-invested companies. Research should be conducted on effective models of Party activities for specific Party organizations with large numbers of Party members.

In terms of cadre training and development, besides political theory, emphasis should be placed on practical knowledge. The Dong Nai School of Politics should also regularly conduct scientific research.

In addition, measures should be taken to increase subscriptions and readership of Party newspapers; build a broadcasting center on Ba Ra mountain; strengthen communication about the Provincial Party Congress before, during, and after the event; and highlight positive information, good people and good deeds.
