Amidst the joyful and proud atmosphere of the whole nation in celebration of Independence Day, Dong Nai is also filled with festive enthusiasm. From rural areas, remote villages to bustling towns; from officials, Party members, civil servants, public employees and employees to people from all walks of life, all share the same overwhelming emotions, sacred sentiments and firm belief in the path chosen by the Party, President Ho Chi Minh, and the people.

In Dak O Commune, in celebration of the 80th National Day on September 2, the Commune’s Youth Union presented 80 National flags to two hamlets, including hamlet 3 and hamlet 10, to launch a youth project called “National Flag Road” on the Commune’s main route. Each resident, upon seeing the National flag, shares the same sacred emotion while being reminded of their own sense of responsibility to contribute to building the homeland.Head of the Party Building Committee of Dau Giay Commune Le Thi Kim Trinh shared: On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day, on August 28, the Commune’s Party Building Committee launched a “piggy bank” raising campaign among officials, Party members, civil servants, public employees, employees, Trade Union members, and people from all walks of life.

During the opening of the 2025–2026 school year, the communal-affiliated Party cells and organizations will break the piggy banks to raise funds to support orphans and disadvantaged students, helping ease their difficulties in study and contributing to the Party’s and the Nation’s goals of improving education, training human resources, and nurturing talent.
According to the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, the province has participated in a number of activities organized by the central level to mark the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day, including the exhibition on Vietnam’s achievements in Hanoi and the “Proud Vietnam” program launched by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
In addition, each of the Party committees, localities, and units across the province has organized a wide range of commemorative and educational activities suited to their own circumstances, such as meetings, discussions, and exchanges with veteran revolutionaries, contributors to the revolution, and policy-beneficiary families; flower and incense offerings to martyrs at memorial sites and cemeteries; trips to historical sites; “Paying the debt of gratitude” and “When drinking water, remember its source” activities; and initiatives supporting new-style rural development, sustainable poverty reduction, and housing support for poor households still living in temporary or dilapidated shelters.
