On the afternoon of February 9, Le Truong Son, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee, worked with relevant departments, agencies, and units in the provincial center to hear reports on the preparations for the 2026 Lunar New Year (Tet) of the Horse celebrations and the preparations for visiting martyrs' cemeteries and memorial temples.

With the theme "Spring of connection - Tet under one roof", Tran Bien Ward People's Committee is decorating the Nguyen Van Tri Park flower street in accordance with the planned schedule. The flower street is expected to open on February 13 (the 26th day of the 12th lunar month of the Year of the Snake). Activities to welcome Lunar New Year's Eve, a special art program will be held from 20:30 at the Dong Nai riverside road, Tran Bien Ward. To celebrate the glorious Party and Tet, the province will organize 10 fireworks display points. Among them, the main fireworks display point at Hoa An Bridge, Tran Bien Ward, will feature high-altitude fireworks for 15 minutes.
The province will also organize 5 live television broadcast points, including: The main broadcast point at Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio, Television, and other broadcast points in Tran Bien Ward, Binh Phuoc Ward, Loc Ninh Commune, and Long Thanh Commune.
In addition, the province will organize activities to visit martyrs' cemeteries; offer incense at President Ho Chi Minh's Temple; the Temple of Martyrs of the Southeast Region and Southern Generals; the National Historical Relic of the Central Office for South Vietnam and the Southeast Regional Party Committee Base; Nguyen Huu Canh Temple; and Tran Bien Temple of Literature.
This is the first year the province has planned to organize for officials, party members, and the public to visit and offer incense at President Ho Chi Minh's Temple at the Provincial Party Committee headquarters. The event will take place from February 14 to 24 (from the 27th day of the 12th lunar month to the 6th day of Tet). Visiting hours are from 7:00 to 22:00 daily.

Le Truong Son, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, requested relevant departments, agencies, and units to review and implement all activities completely and safely. As this is the first year Tran Bien Ward is in charge of major programs, the Ward is requested to pay attention to ensuring the progress as planned. The organization of high-altitude fireworks displays needs to be meticulously prepared, ensuring absolute safety for people to enjoy Spring and Tet.
For activities such as visiting martyrs' cemeteries; offering incense at President Ho Chi Minh's Temple; the Temple of Martyrs of the Southeast Region and Southern Generals..., it is requested to review the plan for each destination, placing the highest responsibility to organize professional, thoughtful, solemn, and safe activities. In particular, attention should be paid to environmental sanitation at crowded places where people gather to celebrate Spring and Tet.
