Attending the program were Nguyen Thi Hoang, Provincial Party Committee member and Vice Chair of the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee, along with more than 300 delegates representing departments, agencies, sectors, officers and soldiers of the armed forces, students, and artists from across the province.

With the theme Dong Nai - Welcome to the New Era, 13 songs celebrating love for the homeland, the nation, and the transformation of Dong Nai were introduced to the audience through performances by artists and actors from the Dong Nai Cultural and Cinema Center and the Dong Nai Art Theater. These songs were composed by musicians Tran Viet Binh, Cao Hong Son, To Thanh Tung, Tran Van Cuong, Khanh Hoa, Tran Tam, Dieu Duoc, among others.

The program is an annual event organized by the Dong Nai Literature and Arts Association to both honor traditional Vietnamese music and encourage local artists to build on existing values and create new works. In doing so, it helps enrich the cultural and spiritual life of the people while promoting and spreading the image of Dong Nai through music and the arts.
