In celebration of the 2025-2030 Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress, various localities and units across Dong Nai province are organizing a wide range of cultural and sports activities simultaneously to serve political missions and meet the cultural and spiritual needs of the people.

Since September 25, a large-scale exhibition highlighting the province’s outstanding achievements in economics, culture, society, national defense, and security has been taking place at the Dong Nai Center for Investment, Trade, and Tourism Promotion (located in Tan Trieu ward). As part of this celebration, the Dong Nai Literature and Arts Association is showcasing 100 impressive photographic artworks that capture the beauty of the land, its people, and the dynamic changes in Dong Nai over time. Additionally, the Dong Nai Library (located in Tan Trieu ward) is exhibiting over 1,000 book titles, along with artistic book arrangements and hosting a photo exhibition in celebration of the congress. The creative book arrangement models imbued with political and cultural significance have drawn Trade Union members, young people and children, and readers to visit and explore the event.
At March 23 Square (located in Binh Phuoc ward), from September 27 to October 10, the Dong Nai Center for Culture and Cinema is hosting an exhibition of large-scale propaganda posters and archival images under the theme "The Dong Nai Provincial Party Organization - Proudly Advancing Under the Glorious Party Flag." The exhibition covers a wide range of topics about the history of the Communist Party of Vietnam through its congresses, Dong Nai’s significant achievements in various fields, the province’s landscapes and cultural highlight, as well as its renowned ceramic products. Notably, the Center is also staging an arts program titled "Faith Dedicated to the Party" to serve the public.
On September 29, at Bien Hung Park (Tran Bien ward), the Tran Bien Ward General Services Center, in collaboration with other units, held a contest on introducing books about President Ho Chi Minh. Themed "Uncle Ho - Beloved and Trusted through every page," the competition was divided into three categories: Group A for primary school students, Group B for secondary school students, and Group C for Youth Union members. The organizers will award winners 24 prizes, including first, second, third, and consolation awards.
Across various localities in the province, vibrant community-based musical and sports activities, such as football, volleyball, and tug-of-war, are being organized, serving as opportunities to enhance community bond, encourage physical training, and promote a healthy cultural lifestyle. Public art performances, including don ca tai tu and traditional folk singing, also help revive and preserve cultural traditions, adding a unique highlight to the Congress’s festive atmosphere.
