Accordingly, six teams participating in the event has been divided into two groups. They will play under a round-robin format to select the best two teams from each group for the quarter-finale. The two winners will play in the finale scheduled for December 10.
The tournament will take place between December 1 and 10 at Tan Hiep Phu Football Field in Bien Hoa city.
