Accordingly, the tournament will take place between December 1 and 10 at Tan Hiep Phu Football Field in Bien Hoa city, and is expected to attracting 13 teams from localities and clubs from across the province.
Draw for the event will take place on November 26 at the provincial Sports Training and Competition Center.
