(ĐN)- Team from Dong Nai on May 28 continued their win over team from An Giang province in the 2nd match in group D of the qualifying round of the National U-17 Football Championship – Thai Son Nam Cup 2018 in HCM city.
This win helped Dong Nai temporarily top group D after earning 6 points in two matches. Earlier the team defeated team from Can Tho in the opening match on May 26.
Dong Thap ranked 2nd in group D, followed by An Giang, hosts HCM city, Long An and Can Tho.
The qualifying round of the National U-17 Football Championship – Thai Son Nam Cup 2018 attracted 23 teams from across the country, competing in 4 groups A, B, C and D, in a round robin format to decide the top team from each group and three second team with outstanding results to play in the final round, which is scheduled to be held in Hung Yen province next month.
