At the end of the tournament, Vo Dac Bien Hoa club went first in team category for B class. They were followed by Tho Cycling An Giang club and Sai Gon Velo club. Hoang Minh Tuan from Vo Dac Bien Hoa club also won the first prize in individual category for B class.
The yellow jersey went to Le Van Quynh of Gau Vang Club. He was followed by Thai Quoc Tuan of Dong Tam Team club and Nguyen Hoang Sang of Sai Gon Velo club.
The tournament was jointly held by Binh Duong Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Binh Duong Television Station. The race is divided into five stages with the total length of over 500km via the provinces and cities of Binh Duong, Binh huoc, Tay Ninh, HCM city and Ba Ria-Vung Tau.
