At the end of the competition, the organizers awarded 48 sets of medals for amateur swimmers in four categories of butterfly-style, back-stoke, breast-stroke and free-style for both male and female individuals.
The event jointly held by the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Department of Education and Training and Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs aims to promote the swimming movement among youngsters as well as increase the prevention of child injuries in the province.
