The gold medals went to Nguyen Thuc Anh and Nguyen Thi Nga. Ha Noi took top honors at the competition with a total of 18 gold, 9 silver and 5 bronze medals, followed by hosts HCM city with 5 gold, 11 silver and 7 bronze medals, while team from the Ministry of Public Security took third place, earning 3 gold and 7 silver medals.
The annual tournament was contested by more than 280 martial artists representing 30 teams across the country and competing for titles in men’s and women’s Taolu (demonstration) and Shanshou (combat) disciplines.
Outstanding performers will be selected to the national Wushu teams in preparation for future regional and international competitions.
