Last year, athletes from Dong Nai province competed at 7 international tournaments and 86 national championships, earning 100 gold, 120 silver and 178 bronze medals, exceeding the set targets of 187 percent.
In the coming time, the sport sector will continue to upgrade material facilities, create favoravle condition for professional sportspersons to practice and take part in sports tournaments as well as make further efforts to develop public sports movements and deploy the project to equip sports facilities for local people to do excersises at public places.
