Swimmers from Quang Ninh came second while Ha Noi were third.
The event, the first of its kind, was co-organized by Vietnam Olympic Committee, General Department of Sports and Physical Training and Hai Phong city’s Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, aims to respond the appeal of the United Nations and International Committee to prevent kids from accidents and injuries.
