At the event, Laotian and Cambodian students introduced their ancient festivities such as throwing water, bathing Buddha statue, binding threads on each other’s wrists, etc.
They also expressed their pleasure to take the care of the provincial leaders as well as their friends, adding that this is their motivation to made further efforts in their study.
Speaking at the get-together, Vice Chairman Vo Van Chanh of the provincial People’s Committee stressed that Dong Nai will always create favorable conditions for the overseas students to study in the province.
He also wished each overseas student would serve as a friendship ambassador to link the relationship between the three countries.
