(ĐN)- Photographer Pham Thuan from Dong Nai province has won silver prize at the 2014 Lunar New Year Festival Photographic Contest.
The contest, launched in November by the Ho Chi Minh city Photographic Association, attracted 1,245 entries by 165 photographers from 24 provinces and cities across the country.
The jury board selected the best 112 photos for exhibition in three sections: "Freedom", "Festival" and "Bird, flower, fish and ornament plant".
With the theme of "Bird, flower, fish and ornament plant", Pham Thuan , a member of Long Khanh town Photographic club, was awarded silver prize for his work “Mua xuan cua me” (Mother’s Tet festival).
