These activities provide opportunities for the ITTPC to further promote and showcase Dong Nai's potential and strengths, while inviting domestic and foreign organizations, investors, and businesses to participate in investment projects, particularly in key sectors and industries that can drive breakthroughs in the city's economic growth.
Connecting and promoting local products
As the city's focal agency for investment, trade, and tourism promotion at exhibitions, trade fairs, and cultural, culinary, and tourism events nationwide, the ITTPC has served as a bridge connecting local businesses with markets and partners, promoting local products and highlighting Dong Nai's investment potential and demand for investment.
These activities have helped local businesses, investors, and production and trading establishments enhance their competitiveness, seek new partners, expand market opportunities, and maintain and broaden their distribution and sales networks in domestic and international markets.
The promotion activities have also helped local businesses and production establishments expand international partnerships, increase production, and improve product quality, while supporting the development of the city's key product chains and sectors, including coffee, cashew nuts, rubber, pepper, fruit, handicrafts, traditional craft villages, rural industries, and other distinctive local products.
In the tourism sector, participation in cultural, sports, tourism, and culinary events in provinces and cities nationwide helps promote and showcase Dong Nai's tourism potential and resource strengths, including tourism sites and attractions, tours and routes, and tourism activities and services, to residents and visitors from across the country and abroad. The center has also proactively strengthened cooperation with provinces and cities nationwide, particularly those in the Southeastern Key Economic Region, to develop interregional tours and routes, enhance connectivity, and enrich visitors' travel experiences. The center also develops annual and five-year local marketing strategies and promotes investment projects, product brands, scenic attractions, ecological tourism areas, and Dong Nai's image and people.

Improving the quality of activities
In the first seven months of 2026, the ITTPC implemented a range of programs and participated in numerous investment, trade and tourism promotion events. These included a tourism connectivity and experience-sharing program in Lam Dong province involving more than 30 travel businesses from the city. The center also worked with leading Vietnamese travel companies, including Saigontourist and Vietravel, to survey and assess the potential of destinations near seaports, airports, and urban areas for developing tourism products targeting international visitors.
Tran Thi Thu Trang, Deputy Director in charge of the center, said that alongside participating in events to promote the city's industrial, agricultural, and tourism products to domestic and international visitors, the ITTPC has stepped up communications and promotion of Dong Nai's image through the mass media. It has also highlighted the city's potential, advantages, development priorities, and opportunities for cooperation in investment, trade, and tourism. In particular, the center has developed promotional content for domestic and international flights, highlighting Dong Nai's cultural and historical values, natural resources, destinations, and distinctive tourism products, while showcasing the city's infrastructure, investment environment, trade and services, and socio-economic development achievements.
Trang stressed that, in addition to promotion through mass media, communication products must maintain high content quality to effectively serve the city's investment promotion programs, events, and external relations activities. “Dong Nai is implementing Resolution No. 05-NQ/TU, dated May 1, 2026, of the City Party Committee's Executive Board on launching a special 500-day-and-night emulation campaign under the theme ‘Unity – Discipline – Efficiency – Breakthrough, building a civilized and modern Dong Nai,’ with a view to maintaining and further improving the quality of implementation through 2030. In line with this spirit, the center has rallied its staff around a shared commitment to fulfilling its targets and assigned tasks, helping put the resolution into practice while further improving the quality and effectiveness of its operations,” she said.
