Over 273ha of land handed over for construction of three roads connecting Long Thanh Airport

According to the city's Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board, to date, the unit has received more than 273ha of cleared land from the city's Land Fund Development Center for the construction of projects to upgrade and expand Provincial Road DT.769 and DT.773, and build DT.770B.

To implement the three projects, a total of more than 627ha of land needs to be acquired. Of this, the project to upgrade and expand DT.769 has received more than 56ha of land out of the total area of more than 135ha requiring acquisition, equivalent to more than 41%. For the project to upgrade and expand DT.773, nearly 75ha of land has been handed over out of more than 224ha requiring acquisition, reaching more than 33%. Meanwhile, for the DT.770B construction project, more than 142ha has been handed over out of nearly 269ha requiring acquisition, equivalent to 53%.

After receiving the site handovers, contractors have focused on grading and clearing the sites to prepare for the construction of various project components.

To accelerate project implementation, the city's Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board has asked the localities through which the projects run, as well as the city's Land Fund Development Center, to promptly complete compensation and site clearance work and to prioritize the handover of rubber plantation land so that contractors can proceed with construction.

For the project to upgrade and expand DT.769, the city's Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board has specifically asked the localities and the city's Land Fund Development Center to promptly complete compensation and site clearance for land used by households along the sections from Km 14+640 to Km 15+200 and from Km 16+300 to Km 16+700. This will allow construction of the Cai Hao and An Vien bridges, including the bridge sites and both bridge approaches.

The projects to upgrade and expand DT.769 and DT.773, and to build DT.770B, are key projects of Dong Nai City designed to connect localities to Long Thanh International Airport. Construction of the projects began simultaneously across Dong Nai City on July 10, 2026.
