The project has completed all key legal procedures, including investment policy approval, 1/2000 master planning, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), land lease decision, and approval of the feasibility study report. Following the ceremony, major infrastructure works such as land leveling, internal roads, water supply and drainage systems, power infrastructure, and the Management Board building will be carried out simultaneously.

According to the project schedule, basic infrastructure is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2026, enabling land handover to secondary investors for factory construction. From June 2026 to 2027, the project will commence and put into operation its Intelligent Operations Center (IOC), worker accommodation, and internal facilities.

Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh, Deputy General Director of KN Holdings, emphasized that the project aims not only to attract investors to build factories, but also to create a sustainable industrial ecosystem that meets the strictest international standards. He noted that KNIC Nam Long Thanh is being developed on the foundation of synchronized infrastructure, ready to welcome domestic and foreign investment, especially in industries requiring high operational standards and a stable business environment.

Strategic location – Multimodal connectivity for next-generation FDI

Located in Vietnam’s Southern Key Economic Region, KNIC Nam Long Thanh enjoys outstanding logistics advantages, helping businesses optimize costs and integrate more efficiently into global supply chains.

The industrial park is approximately 5 kilometers from Long Thanh International Airport and is connected to major transport arteries across the region. Its location facilitates the movement of experts, business leaders, and high-value goods.

By road, the project connects to key routes including the HCMC – Long Thanh – Dau Giay Highway, Bien Hoa – Vung Tau Highway, Ben Luc – Long Thanh Highway, National Highway 51, Bau Can Road, Provincial Road 25B, and Provincial Road 25C leading to Long Thanh International Airport. Ongoing and planned infrastructure projects such as the expansion of the HCMC– Long Thanh – Dau Giay Expressway, Provincial Road 770B, Ring Road 4, Road 769E, Provincial Road 773, and National Highway 51C will further strengthen connectivity between Dong Nai, Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Ba Ria – Vung Tau, and neighboring provinces.

By waterway, the project offers access to Phuoc An Port, the Cai Mep – Thi Vai deep-water port cluster, and Cat Lai Port, creating additional advantages for import-export enterprises in logistics cost optimization and global supply chain participation.

Beyond its location advantages, KNIC Nam Long Thanh is being developed with a modern and sustainable infrastructure orientation. The internal road system has planned widths ranging from 28 meters to 60 meters, meeting the circulation needs of heavy trucks and container vehicles.

The project is also planned with a power supply system comprising three 110 kV transformer stations with a total capacity of 378 MW, alongside a development orientation for 600 MW of rooftop solar power and an approximately 60 MW battery energy storage system.

For water infrastructure, the industrial park is planned with two independent water supply plants with a total capacity of 60,000m³ per day and two wastewater treatment plants using SBR technology, with a total capacity of 50,000m³ cubic meters per day. The expected water reuse rate of 25% aligns with green operation requirements and ESG standards of international manufacturers.
