On May 21, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology (DoST) launched the Green and Circular Technology Techmart 2026. A delegation from Dong Nai City, led by Nguyen Thanh Phong, Deputy Director of the Dong Nai DoST, attended the event.

The event brought together 50 research institutes, universities, and enterprises showcasing a broad range of green technology solutions, circular technologies, and sustainable production models. Technologies and equipment focused on key areas, including green materials, green energy and energy efficiency, environmental treatment, circular economy development, and ESG (environmental, social, and governance) monitoring, measurement, and management solutions.

At the event, the DoST of Ho Chi Minh City signed a cooperation agreement with its counterparts in Dong Nai City, Ca Mau Province, and Dak Lak Province. The agreement is expected to strengthen inter-locality connectivity, information sharing, and collaborative activities to improve the performance of technology exchange platforms and to contribute to the development of a more effective and sustainable technology exchange ecosystem.
