Bcons Group held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Tam Hiep ward high-rise mixed-use housing project on May 27, the first real estate development to commence construction since Dong Nai was elevated to city status. The project is being developed on land-use rights won at auction. Attending the ceremony was Vice Chairman of the Dong Nai City People’s Committee Ho Van Ha.

Speaking at the ceremony, Le Nhu Thach, Chairman of Bcons Group, said the project is being developed on a nearly three-hectare site in Tam Hiep ward, with total investment capital of nearly VND4.5 trillion. The complex will comprise 22 above-ground floors and two basement levels, and is expected to deliver more than 2,800 apartments to the market.

According to the investor, over the past 13 years, Bcons has completed numerous projects, including shopping malls, office towers, schools, and more than 20,000 apartments across various provinces and cities. Its residential developments are designed to meet genuine housing demand, particularly among middle-income buyers and young people seeking stable housing options.

In 2025, Bcons expanded its footprint across southern localities while carrying out mergers and acquisitions involving six projects with a combined value of nearly VND8 trillion.

The project is planned as a modern residential complex featuring an integrated system of amenities, including commercial and service facilities, a kindergarten, community spaces, parking areas, landscaped greenery, and synchronized technical infrastructure.
