At the job fair, 18 employers and training providers registered to participate in recruitment and training programs, with a total demand for more than 2,200 workers. Around 750 job seekers came to explore opportunities and attend interviews, with about 210 candidates expected to be recruited.
According to the DESC, the event attracted many enterprises with large-scale recruitment needs, mainly in the manufacturing and business sectors. Notably, demand is heavily concentrated in industrial, processing, and manufacturing occupations, accounting for over 90%.
An information technology and AI application center integrated both offline and online formats into the job fair, enabling workers to participate through multiple channels and directly connect with employers. This endeavor also helps job seekers access recruitment information more conveniently and accurately.
In addition, a consolidated list of recruiting enterprises and specific job positions has been made available to workers across the province.
