In recent years, the DoT has put enterprises at the center of its services, using taxpayer satisfaction as a key benchmark. Guided by the principles of “Transparency – Professionalism – Integrity – Innovation,” it has stepped up administrative reform and digital transformation, including the rollout of e-invoices and electronic tax services, to better support taxpayers.

The dialogue aimed to help businesses better understand tax policies, support their 2025 tax finalization process, timely address difficulties, and contribute to improving the tax-related legal framework.
