The 2026 Dong Nai Province banana export and agricultural export promotion ceremony and the Dong Nai Province Golden Cashew Apple Festival are both organized by the Provincial People's Committee.

The 2026 Dong Nai Province banana export and agricultural export promotion ceremony is scheduled for March 27, 2026, at the Dai Cat Lam Trading Co., Ltd., 30-4 Street, Cay Dieu Hamlet, Bau Ham Commune, Dong Nai Province.

The ceremony aims to introduce and promote fresh bananas and key agricultural products of Dong Nai province for export to international markets; connect producers with banana export businesses between Vietnam and other countries; and gradually build the brand of Dong Nai province's agricultural products. The festival creates opportunities for the exchange of experiences in agricultural production and business, thereby expanding investment cooperation in production, business, and the promotion of agricultural products, especially fresh bananas.

Scheduled to take place over two days, April 10 and 11, 2026, the Dong Nai Province Golden Cashew Apple Festival  2026 will be held at Qua Dieu Vang (Golden Cashew Apple) Ecotourism Area (Vinh Phuc Joint Stock Company, Dong Tam Commune). The program includes visits to effective cashew-growing models, livestreams of the festival's main activities and signature cashew products, and introductions to cashew products and dishes.

The Dong Nai Province Golden Cashew Apple Festival  2026 is an event to introduce and promote the Dong Nai cashew brand, stimulate demand, and attract visitors to tour, experience, and consume Dong Nai cashew products, thereby contributing to double-digit growth in 2026 and the years that follow. The program aims to affirm the role of the cashew industry in the province's agricultural economic development and to express gratitude to farmers, cooperatives, and businesses that have made significant and lasting contributions to the province's cashew industry. At the same time, it provides a forum for farmers, cooperatives, and businesses to meet and sign cooperation agreements to expand product consumption markets; build the festival into a distinctive cultural and tourism activity, contributing to the formation of a local cultural image; and create an opportunity for community cultural exchange.

Through the event's activities, the campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" will be further promoted in line with the direction of the Central and Dong Nai provinces; support will be provided to strengthen production linkages associated with the consumption of cashew products. In addition, technology transfer will be carried out to serve agricultural production and rural development, creating close ties among the state, scientists, businesses, and farmers.

In her concluding remarks at the meeting, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hoang agreed with the draft plans for organizing the festivals. At the same time, she requested that the Department of Agriculture and Environment incorporate feedback to finalize the organizational plan. The organization of the festivals involves many contents, requiring departments, agencies, and localities to review the plan and the contents to be implemented.

The Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee stressed that communication work for the festival is very important. She therefore asked the Department of Agriculture and Environment to coordinate with relevant units to carry out this task effectively. At the same time, it is necessary to review and calculate funding sources for implementation, while departments, agencies, and localities must coordinate closely to ensure the successful organization of the two festivals.
