During the survey, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Vu Hong Van assessed that while both wards possess significant room for growth, a comprehensive re-planning strategy is essential to maximize local advantages.
The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee assigned departments, agencies, and localities to continue reviewing, researching, and advising on the re-planning of the Ba Ra mountain area towards developing ecological, resort, and spiritual tourism associated with "red addresses" (historical sites). Accordingly, there is a need to develop a synchronized planning for commercial and service areas, along with a golf course at the foothills to attract investors, and at the same time upgrade the Bang Lang Hill memorial area to be commensurate with historical relics associated with the Road 14 - Phuoc Long Campaign.
