Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee requested departments, agencies, mass organizations, People's Committees of communes and wards, and relevant units to continue implementing propaganda, dissemination, and mobilization activities for residents, workers in agencies and units; students in educational institutions; and union members and youth to actively respond to the movement of using energy economically and efficiently and participate in activities in response to the Earth Hour 2026 Campaign.

Specifically, the campaign encourages participation in the online competition to equip the knowledge of economical and efficient energy use in response to the Earth Hour 2026 Campaign, organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade from March 21 to April 11, 2026.
The campaign aims to call on agencies, units, organizations, businesses, and people to participate in the launching ceremony of the "All people practice energy conservation and efficiency" movement and respond to the Earth Hour 2026 Campaign with the message "Green Innovation - Green Future" and a running event in response to the Earth Hour 2026 Campaign in both direct and online formats on March 21, 2026.
It also calls on agencies, organizations, businesses, and households to participate in the lights-off event in response to Earth Hour 2026 on the evening of March 28, 2026, and at the same time encourages the regular maintenance of economical and efficient electricity and energy use behaviors in daily life, production, and business.
