70% of land required for Nhon Trach inter-port road project handed over

According to the Provincial People’s Committee, the Nhon Trach Branch of the Provincial Land Fund Development Center and local authorities have handed over 36 of the 51 hectares of land required for the Nhon Trach inter-port road project, reaching about 70%.

According to the plan, Nhon Trach inter-port road is more than 15 km long, with its starting point connecting to the boundary road of Ong Keo Industrial Park and its endpoint linking to the access road to Viet Thuan Thanh Port. A representative of the Regional Project Management Board 6 said that in Phase 1, the project will involve constructing a section exceeding 8.8 km, divided into two segments: a 6.9 km section with eight lanes and a 1.9 km section with four lanes. In addition to the road section, the project will also include the construction of five bridges along the route. Phase 1 of the Nhon Trach inter-port road project in Dai Phuoc commune, Dong Nai province, has a total investment of more than 2.6 trillion VND.

So far, the contractor has completed sand pumping for roadbed treatment over a 650-meter section and has excavated unsuitable soil layers to lay geotextile and pump sand for the next section, which is approximately 300 meters long.
