Training on legal regulations for cashew nut import and export

On January 17, in Phuoc Long ward, the Dong Nai Cashew Association held a training course on legal regulations governing the inspection and offsetting of imported raw cashew nuts used for production and export, with more than 100 businesses from across the province in attendance.

During the training course, business representatives were provided with key content on the general legal framework for import and export activities; guidance on principles for preparing final settlement reports; management, inspection, and control solutions; and methods for managing and addressing the interrelationship between accounting, import-export operations, and warehousing to ensure compliance with legal regulations.

In addition, the course lecturers presented practical examples and real-life scenarios to help business representatives firmly grasp the knowledge and skills for practical application. Through case analysis, customs authorities emphasized the need for enterprises to strictly comply with legal regulations to foster a healthy competitive environment within the cashew industry.

The one-day training course aimed to equip enterprises with the latest legal knowledge, enhance the effectiveness of inspection, control, and the resolution of issues arising during the implementation of tax policies and customs procedures, while also contributing to improving the capacity for dossier analysis, issue resolution, and the enforcement of customs law in import and export activities.
