On the morning of January 9, Binh Long Rubber Company Limited held a conference to review Party work, production and business activities, and mass organization efforts in 2025, and to set out directions and tasks for 2026.
The conference was attended by Nguyen Van Dung, full-time Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee; Le Thanh Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Director of the Vietnam Rubber Group (VRG); other VRG leaders; representatives of peer rubber companies; and leaders of communes and wards where the company’s plantations are located.
The company currently manages over 14,800 hectares of land, including more than 12,900 hectares of rubber plantations, with an additional 1,900 hectares in tapping operations. In 2025, the company completed its production plan five days ahead of schedule, harvesting over 18,800 tons of latex, exceeding the target assigned by VRG by more than 2 percent. The average yield reached 2.03 tons per hectare, marking the 18th consecutive year the company has remained in VRG’s 2-ton Club.

In addition to maintaining its immature plantations, the company replanted over 502 hectares of rubber and purchased more than 2,000 tons of latex from small-scale rubber growers. Total processed and sold output reached 20,900 tons, generating revenue of over VND 1.2 trillion. Pre-tax profit exceeded VND 448 billion, with contributions to the state budget topping VND 146 billion, and the average monthly income reached VND 12.88 million per employee, equivalent to 103 percent of the target.

For 2026, the company has outlined 10 key directions for production and business activities, along with specific solutions, aiming to exceed the planned output by over 7 percent compared to 2025, achieve a total revenue of VND 1.285 trillion, and maintain a post-tax profit-to-equity ratio of 28 percent.

Speaking at the conference, Nguyen Van Dung, full-time Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee, acknowledged and commended the achievements of the company’s Party organization, officers, and employees in 2025, which contributed to strengthening the VRG brand. He also urged the company to closely align with the resolutions of the provincial Party Committee as presented at the Party building review conference. On that basis, the company should translate these resolutions into concrete action programs and plans to fulfill assigned tasks, and boldly implement breakthrough solutions in production and business to surpass VRG’s 2026 targets, thereby contributing positively to Dong Nai’s goal of achieving double-digit economic growth in 2026.

On this occasion, Nguyen Huu Tu, Deputy General Director of Binh Long Rubber Company Limited, was honored with the Third-class Labour Order awarded by the State President. Two outstanding individuals received Prime Minister’s Certificates of Merit. Many collectives and individuals from the company were awarded certificates of merit and commendations from the Group and the VRG Trade Union.
