Proactively innovating export–import activities not only helps maintain growth rhythm but also expands opportunities, meets market demand, and contributes to the province’s achievement of its export turnover targets in 2025.

Applying technology, enhancing product quality

In late 2025, many workers at HCM VINA Co., Ltd., a member of Korea’s Hankuk Carbon Group located in Becamex Industrial Park, Binh Phuoc, were diligently carrying out production processes on the manufacturing line to fulfill orders. Specializing in composite materials made from fiberglass and carbon fiber for export, the company has recently actively renewed and improved product designs, upgraded technologies, and sought new markets, thereby obtaining valuable orders.

Processes such as fiberglass spreading and fiberglass fabric weaving are carried out using advanced procedures to create quality products and fulfill signed contracts. In addition, the company has also aligned production with orders suited to its capabilities and accelerated output for new markets to create added value.

Lee Insu, General Director of HCM VINA Co., Ltd., shared: “Hankuk Carbon continuously develops technology and builds a connected production system from composite materials to finished products. In particular, by providing diversified services to customers, the company can implement the entire process from basic research to the manufacture and verification of sample products, improving product quality and meeting partners’ needs.”

The Dong Xoai factory of TBS An Giang Joint Stock Company specializes in manufacturing leather shoes for export. In 2025, the company actively renewed and improved designs, upgraded technologies, and sought new markets. In addition to accelerating production, the company is preparing to invest in additional production lines and plans to recruit more workers to meet orders.

Tran Duy Khanh, Director of the Dong Xoai Factory under TBS An Giang Joint Stock Company, shared: “We have proactively renewed our technology, built connections to form production linkages, and diversified our markets. In the context of international integration, the company also focuses on applying new technologies and maintaining a balanced approach between exports and imports in its operations.”

In the production atmosphere of late 2025, many enterprises and production–business units in Dong Nai accelerated operations to fulfill export orders. Businesses focused on completing signed orders while also working to connect and promote subsequent new orders.

“Overall, the current investment environment presents both strong growth opportunities and many challenges. Customer demand changes constantly, so our I.P.One company must continuously improve and enhance product quality to best meet consumer expectations,” said JIRASIL PHAISOPHA, Production Director of I.P.One Company, located in Becamex Industrial Park, Binh Phuoc.

“Units have made strong efforts, in coordination with the customs sector, to implement digital customs and smart customs, aiming to create a modern, transparent, effective, and efficient state management environment for export–import activities across the region. Administrative reform is also reflected in our proactive coordination with departments, agencies, and sectors in advising on socio-economic development tasks and proposing solutions to foster a better investment and business environment, attract enterprises, and promote export–import activities across the region.”

Accompanying with enterprises

To achieve sustainable development, in addition to leveraging traditional markets and expanding into new ones, export–import enterprises in the province have also made efforts to increase investment in production and improve product quality. The proactive approach of enterprises has contributed to the impressive growth in the province’s export–import turnover.

Lu Xiao Hua, General Director of  Kaidi Electrical International Viet Nam in Becamex Industrial Park, Binh Phuoc, said: “We have received active and flexible support from local authorities in resolving administrative procedures. Timely responses to the difficulties faced by enterprises have created a favorable business environment, helping us save time and resources to focus on production and business activities.”

In 2025, Dong Nai’s export turnover exceeded USD 34 billion, a 19.35 percent increase from 2024, driven primarily by processed industrial goods, electronics, and agricultural products. Import turnover was estimated at USD 28.58 billion, representing a 26.33 percent increase, which ensured the supply of raw materials for production. These results made an essential contribution to economic growth, promoted production, and created jobs and income for thousands of local workers.

Hoang Van Nhan of Binh Phuoc Logistics Services One-Member Limited Liability Company said: “Export–import activities in the province have been running very smoothly. This feature brings great benefits to enterprises, as it prevents production disruptions and allows business and export operations to proceed regularly and continuously.”

Export–import turnover has recorded strong results in recent years. In addition to the proactive efforts of enterprises, provincial functional sectors have also focused on revamping trade promotion methods, prioritizing products with export advantages, and expanding into new markets. At the same time, customs and related agencies have worked to improve support methods for enterprises in export–import procedures. The expansion of online declarations, automated customs clearance systems, and the implementation of the National Single Window (NSW) system have helped shorten clearance times.
