DORUCO maintains yield of over 2 tons/ha for the 20th consecutive year

On January 20th, Dong Phu Rubber Joint Stock Company (DORUCO) in Thuan Loi commune, Dong Nai province, summarized its performance in 2025 and outlined its plans and tasks for 2026.

Attending the conference were Tran Thanh Phung, Deputy General Director of Vietnam Rubber Group - JSC; Huynh Thi Cam Hong, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Rubber Trade Union; Bui Thi Bich Thuy, Standing Vice President of the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor; and 170 delegates representing over 1,500 cadres, Party members, union members, and employees in the entire company.

In 2025, production and business activities achieved many outstanding results, completing and exceeding most planned targets. Specifically, the production output reached 13,308 tons, exceeding the plan by 13.74%; the average yield reached 2.12 tons/ha, marking the 20th consecutive year the company has maintained a yield above 2 tons/ha, further affirming its position as a high-productivity unit in the rubber industry of the Southeast region.

In 2026, DORUCO aims to harvest over 12,733 tons of latex, sell over 14,000 tons, strive for revenue of approximately VND 995 billion, pre-tax profit of over VND 407 billion, and maintain a minimum dividend payout ratio of 15%. The company will continue to promote digital transformation, foster sustainable agricultural production, apply high technology, protect the environment, and better care for the material and spiritual well-being of its employees.

Deputy General Director of Vietnam Rubber Group – JSC Tran Thanh Phung commended the efforts of the company's collective of officials, workers, and employees in completing and exceeding many important targets in 2025. He requested that in the coming time, the company should continue closely following the Group’s overall development orientations and strategies, focus on restructuring production, improving corporate governance quality, promoting the application of high technology, digital transformation, and sustainable agricultural production.

On this occasion, the Trade Union of DORUCO was awarded an Emulation Flag from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; 4 collectives received certificates of merit from the Vietnam Rubber Group - JSC; and 2 collectives and many individuals received certificates of commendation from the Vietnam Rubber Trade Union.
