According to information from the Dong Nai Department of Construction, the Dong Nai provincial People's Committee has issued Official Dispatch No. 1044/UBND-KTN dated January 21, 2026, announcing social housing (SH) projects eligible for preferential loans under the 120 trillion VND credit program in accordance with Resolution No. 33/NQ-CP dated March 11, 2023, of the Government.

This initiative is the social housing project in Tam Hiep Ward, Dong Nai province, invested in by Dong Nai Urban and House Development Investment Limited Company. The project has a total investment of about 648 billion VND, began construction in December 2025, and upon completion will supply approximately 520 apartments to the market. It is intended to meet housing demand for officials, public employees, workers, and the general public, contributing to the province’s goal of building 65,000 social housing units in the 2025–2030 period and to the completion of the national project to construct 1 million social housing units by 2030.
As of now, Dong Nai province has 9 social housing projects eligible for preferential loans under the 120 trillion VND credit program (increased to 145 trillion VND). These projects include: the social housing project in Tam Hiep ward; the social housing apartment building (under the planned residential area project in Long Thanh commune); the social housing project on the 1.4 hectares land plot (Long Hung ward) and the social housing apartment building NXH2 - Block A, Block B (under the residential area and resettlement project in Phuoc Tan ward); the worker housing area of the industrial park (in Nhon Trach commune); the apartment complex serving workers (under the housing development project at the service center of Bau Xeo Industrial Park, Trang Bom commune); the social housing area in Bao Vinh ward; social housing A6-A7 (Tran Bien ward); and the Hung Thinh social housing area project (in Binh Phuoc ward).
The projects announced by the provincial People’s Committee as eligible for preferential loans under the 120 trillion VND credit program serve as a basis for banks to apply lending to investors and homebuyers in accordance with regulations.
