Dong Xoai Ward’s online dossier settlement rate reaches 97.9%

On December 20, the Dong Nai Provincial Department of Science and Technology and the Dong Xoai Ward People's Committee convened a working session to review the results of implementing science and technology tasks in 2025 within the ward.

Attending the working session were Pham Van Trinh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Dong Nai Provincial Department of Science and Technology; Deputy Directors of the Dong Nai Provincial Department of Science and Technology Vo Hoang Khai and Nguyen Thanh Phong; Duong Hoai Pha, Deputy Secretary of the Dong Xoai Ward Party Committee and Chairman of the Dong Xoai Ward People's Committee; along with representatives of specialized divisions and relevant units.

At the working session, a representative from the Dong Xoai Ward Culture and Social Affairs Division reported on the results of implementing local science and technology tasks in 2025. Accordingly, the ward recorded significant achievements in digital transformation, with the Ward People's Committee and its agencies and units uniformly using the Dong Nai-S (DNiS) management and operation system (https://dnis.dongnai.gov.vn) to handle and assign tasks in a consistent and timely manner. The rate of document processing in the electronic environment reached 100 percent, while the online dossier settlement rate stood at 97.9 percent. Investment in information technology infrastructure and equipment has also been given due attention.

At the working session, the Dong Nai Provincial Department of Science and Technology and the Dong Xoai Ward People's Committee discussed a range of issues and contents related to removing difficulties and bottlenecks in the implementation of science and technology tasks at the local level, as well as the status of surveys and the rollout of the Science, Technology and Innovation Park project, covering an area of about 200 hectares in the area.
