At the event, experts in digital transformation and e-commerce, as well as representatives from commercial banks, shared solutions to support the development of e-commerce and the adoption of digital payments for small traders, production facilities, and businesses. They also introduced solutions for digitalizing the management of traditional markets and supporting household businesses in shifting from presumptive tax to declarative tax systems.

In particular, traditional market vendors, production facilities, businesses, and local enterprises received support in livestreaming product promotions, received instructions and consultations on digital solutions, created online sales channels, and filmed product promotion videos during the program.

According to Tran Duong Hung, Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade, the fair is a key event in a series of well-prepared activities carried out over the past several months, including market surveys, the development of trader databases, support for setting up digital payment accounts, QR codes, and electronic profiles, as well as training sessions on livestreaming skills, packaging, and delivery. All of these efforts aim to equip household businesses with the most practical tools to enter the digital business environment.

In addition, a highlight of the fair is the livestream sales activities conducted directly on the TikTok Shop platform. The department selected representatives from household businesses at the market, along with several enterprises and OCOP (One Commune, One Product) entities, as well as typical rural industrial producers, to livestream and promote Dong Nai’s signature products to consumers nationwide.
