Disbursing nearly 500 billion VND of public investment capital for 9 projects

According to the Dong Nai Land Development Center, as of now, the unit has disbursed nearly 500 billion VND of assigned public investment capital for the implementation of 9 projects, reaching almost 30% of the assigned plan.

In the year 2025, according to the adjusted public investment plan, the Dong Nai Land Development Center was assigned nearly 1.7 trillion VND to implement 9 projects, including: building infrastructure for the resettlement area of over 49 hectares in Phuoc Tan ward, Dong Nai province; compensation, support, and resettlement infrastructure for the resettlement area of over 49 hectares in Phuoc Tan ward; compensation, support, resettlement, and site clearance for the Upgrading and Expansion of Provincial Road 769 Project; compensation, support, resettlement, and site clearance for the Construction of Provincial Road 770B Project; compensation, support, resettlement, and site clearance for the Upgrading and Expansion of Provincial Road 773 Project; subproject of compensation, support, and resettlement for Component 1 of Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project; resettlement area in Tam Phuoc ward, Dong Nai province; Dau Giay resettlement area, Dong Nai province; compensation, support, and resettlement for the Dredging Project on the left bank of Cai Cau Canal (Suoi Xiep), section through Dong Nai Province.

Of the nearly 1.7 trillion dong in total public investment allocated to the Dong Nai Land Development Center for implementation in 2025, more than 1.5 trillion VND is part of the 2025 assigned plan; over 142 billion VND comes from the 2024 plan carried forward into 2025; and more than 20 billion VND is advance capital from 2026.

To meet the target of fully disbursing 100% of the assigned public investment capital, the Dong Nai Land Development Center must disburse nearly 1.2 trillion VND  in the remaining months of 2025. The center has already drawn up a disbursement plan for the remaining capital. Specifically, almost 300 billion VND is scheduled for disbursement in November 2025, and more than 900 billion VND in December 2025.
