The forum aimed to foster dialogue, connection, and collaboration between regulatory agencies, logistics providers, and import-export businesses amid global economic fluctuations and mounting pressure on global supply chains. These developments call for efficient, adaptive, and environmentally friendly logistics solutions.

Speaking at the forum, Deputy Director General Nguyen Thao Hien of DoFMD noted that Vietnam’s economy is expanding despite operating in a highly volatile global environment. Consequently, the logistics sector is facing numerous challenges, which require businesses to transform and diversify their service delivery capacities through multimodal logistics operations. At the same time, the government and localities must increase investment in transport and logistics infrastructure to improve service quality and adaptability in the face of rapid change and uncertainty.
