Strengthening safe production chains for new-style rural development

(ĐN)-One key criterion for achieving advanced or model new-style rural commune status is establishing sustainable production-consumption linkages for key local products, supported by well-functioning cooperatives.

Aligned with this goal, localities across Dong Nai province have focused on strengthening collective economic models and improving the operational efficiency of cooperatives as part of the enhanced rural development program.

As a result, the province now boasts 275 production linkages involving 127 enterprises, 70 cooperatives, 39 cooperative groups, and over 15,300 households. Currently, Dong Nai has 219 agricultural cooperatives, which play a vital role in promoting production linkages and boosting farmers’ incomes.
