Hai Phong ranked third with revenue exceeding 109 trillion VND, marking its third consecutive year above the 100 trillion threshold.

Among other leading provinces, Ba Ria - Vung Tau collected 96 trillion VND, surpassing its target by 8%; Binh Duong achieved over 71 trillion VND, up 10%; Dong Nai recorded more than 61.7 trillion VND, increasing 10%; and Thanh Hoa generated over 54 trillion VND.

Top 10 also included Quang Ninh (47.5 trillion VND), Hung Yen (over 40 trillion VND), and Vinh Phuc (above 30.5 trillion VND).

Experts attribute this impressive performance to strong economic growth, improved business environments, and active digital transformation efforts by tax and customs authorities, which have streamlined revenue collection and supported taxpayers through modern technology solutions.
