The November figure brought total turnover in the first 11 months to around VND209.8 trillion, a year-on-year increase of 23.47 percent.
Accordingly, retail sales of goods during the period reached VND162.7 trillion, surged 16.49 percent year on year.
Food, textile and garment, wood and construction materials posted significant rises in this period.
