(ĐN)- Dong Nai spent more than US$10 billion on imports in the first half of 2022, increasing 4.2% year-on-year, reported Department of Industry and Trade.
Imports of the domestic sector reached nearly US$137 million, down 0.5% year-on-year, while the non-state and the foreign-invested sectors imported goods worth US$2.2 billion and US$7.8 billion, increasing 13% and 2%, respectively.
Main imports in the period are chemicals; raw materials for textile, garment, leather and footwear; plastic materials, iron and steel, pesticides, raw materials for animal feed; wood materials; electronic components, machinery and equipment.
