The province recorded over US$2.4 billion in export value in April, pushing the total in Jan-April period to more than US$8.7 billion, a rise of 16.3 percent over the same period last year. Accordingly, the domestic economic sector earned US$2.18 billion, while the foreign-invested sector enjoyed US$6.54 billion.
In the period, import revenue in April reached US$1.78 billion. The figure hit over US$6.3 billion in the first four months, up 2.07 percent year on year.
