This has been the first decline after three consecutive hikes. The retail price of a 12kg cooking gas cylinder now ranges between VND487,000 and VND509,000.
The price fall was attributed to a decrease in the global gas price, which is USD855 per tonne now, a fall of USD95 per tonne from the previous month.
